Energy Efficiency in Industrial Processes

Energy Efficiency in Industrial Processes (EEIP) is a not-for-profit European energy policy platform with aim to encourage informed discussion on efficient energy use in industry and exchange of best practices. EEIP facilitates a cross-industries and cross-technologies dialogue, involving manufacturers of energy efficient equipment and systems, energy service companies, with the European Union policy makers.

EEIP is a free membership platform.

EEIP is platform for Business and Policy in Europe. It facilitates an open and inclusive cross-industries and cross-technologies dialogue with a purpose of better energy efficiency policy and complements existing engagement and exchange channels between stakeholders and policy-makers, by raising a horizontal, issue-focused, platform that reflects the need of present and future policy making.

EEIP 2011 work focuses on two areas: industrial heat recovery and financing of energy efficiency, with eco-design of industrial process in preparation for 2012.

EEIP operates through its unique mix of events, expert consortium's, round-tables and conferences, with personalized social media tools. It uses communication, engagement and best practice exchange tools to enable industry and policy to achieve its sustainability and energy security goals while enhancing industrial competitiveness at the same time.
